RT procedure

Set RT system time and date from NI MAX

Use the NI Measurement & Automation Explorer (NI MAX) application.

Procedure

  1. Open NI MAX
  2. Locate the NI Academic RIO Device target under “Remote Systems”
  3. Select the “Time Settings” tab
  4. Select the correct date, time, and time zone
  5. Click Save
  6. Optional, but recommended: Click Restart to cause the current time/date to be stored as the initial time/date each time the Device boots up; a reboot requires several minutes
